Your child’s Baptism is a time for celebration in our parish community! We rejoice each time a child is baptized! We welcome this precious new life into our midst.  Baptisms at Holy Eucharist  are celebrated either during Mass with the faith community or on certain Sunday afternoons both around our beautiful baptismal font

Baptism Preparation

It is our mission to guide parents, as you are led by God, to bring your children to the waters of Baptism.  Parents and Godparents participate in an evening of formation - the class may be taken before or after the baby's birth.  See the brochure for dates.

Preparation Classes are held each month on a Friday evening at 7:00 pm. See the Baptism brochure for 2018 dates.

Please complete the inquiry form below or call our parish office at 609 268 8383 Ext. 100 to reserve a place in the class.

If you are an adult or have an older child inquiring about baptism, please scroll to bottom of page for more information.  We welcome you!

To be a godparent for Baptism, you must be at least 16 years old, a practicing Catholic, and have received all the sacraments of initiation: Baptism, Eucharist, and Confirmation. In addition, if married, the godparent must be in a valid marriage.

Potential godparents must provide a certificate or letter from their parish certifying that they are fully initiated members of a Catholic community.

Holy Eucharist parishioners may obtain a certificate by calling the parish office ( 609 268 8383).

Initiation for Adults and school age children

Would you like to learn more about the Catholic faith?  Have you never been baptized or perhaps have been baptized but never received the other sacraments of initiation ( Eucharist or Confirmation)?   We welcome your inquiry and look forward to walking with you on your faith journey. The process by which adults come into the church is called "RCIA" - the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults. Perhaps you have never been baptized, or baptized as a Catholic or other Christian faith but never received further faith formation. Adults are fully initiated into the Catholic Church during this process, celebrating Baptism, if needed, Confirmation and First Eucharist. Holy Eucharist offers a year round RCIA process, so a person may enter the first phase, at any time throughout the year. Inquirers bring their questions about Christianity and Catholicism to the meetings, which are led by members of the RCIA team.

Perhaps your school age child has never been baptized or received First Eucharist. Do you have an older high school student who has not been confirmed? We offer a wonderful program for them as well!. Take the first step - tell us a little about yourself by completing the form below or call our parish office to plan a visit with our pastor - 609 268 8383 ext. 100.

We welcome you with open arms!!  For more information about RCIA please contact the Parish Office at 609 268 8383 Ext 100

Hang tight while we prepare your form...
