A funeral minister from Holy Eucharist will assist you in planning the funeral liturgy at a meeting at the church. We hope this information will be helpful in your planning. We recommend that you read through all the below materials in preparation and complete the music selections, checklist and Hoffman Hall request form if using Hoffman Hall for a reception following the funeral. We encourage you to use the online forms. We will print them and have them ready for your meeting with our funeral planning minister. We will assist you with any questions you may have.
