ACTS Women’s Ministry welcomes women of all ages to join us as we serve our church and community, build new friendships, and worship our Lord. Meetings are the third Tuesday of every month. We hope you’ll join us and look forward to seeing you all there.

We will meet at 12:00-12:15 PM in the Holy Eucharist parking lot and arrive at Smithville Park by 12:45 PM. If it is easier, feel free to just meet us at the Smith's Wood parking lot by the playground, picnic pavilions, and pollinator garden. Coming from Route 38, on Smithville Road, the parking lot is to the right. The terrain is level and stroller-friendly. Bring a water bottle, light snack, and binoculars, if you have them. Restrooms are available. Please wear closed-toe shoes. The hike is rain or shine, but we will cancel if the weather is too bad. Next Bereavement Monthly Meeting:

Monday, May 4th at 1:30pm

Anyone who has lost a loved one, either recently or in past years, is invited to gather in prayer and conversation with our Bereavement Ministers at their monthly meetings. Meetings are the first Monday of the month in the Pope John XXIII Room in the Faith Formation center.

Environmental Ministry Next Monthly Meeting

Caring for the earth is a requirement of our faith. We are called to protect people and the planet, living our faith in relationship with all of God's creation.

Providence House Domestic Violence Services of Catholic Charities provides comprehensive services to victims of domestic abuse and their children. They seek to end the cycle of domestic abuse through education, empowerment and advocacy while providing a safe haven from abuse. Currently, safe houses are full, and they are utilizing motels for housing.

iTHIRST - ADDICTIONS SUPPORT - NEXT MONTHLY MEETING:

iTHIRST Addictions Support Ministry invites our parish and anyone who has family or friends in recovery or active addiction to participate in this ministry.  We will listen to our experiences, share information, and comfort those who have been affected by the disease of addiction as we support one another on the road to hope and recovery. CROSS OVER EVENT - AN INVITE FOR 4th GRADERS AND ABOVE!

We have big plans for our final Middle School Ministry meeting of the 2025-2026 school year! It will be held on THURSDAY, May 21, 2026 from 6 to 8pm. It’s a HERO-Middle School Ministry crossover event! This is an opportunity for our 4th graders to check out the ministry and our 7th graders to meet members of the HERO Youth Ministry. Parents are invited to join us also to see what we do at our meetings! We will play outdoor games like Cornhole, Spike Ball, Ladder Ball, Jenga, Connect 4 and enjoy a dinner of pizza, chips and popsicles. Join us!
