JINGLE JAM - A KIDS PROGRAM ON CHRISTMAS EVE

Q & A

Jingle Jam is our kids program designed for kids in grades K to 5 that is offered on Christmas Eve at the 2pm and 4pm Masses. Like a traditional Children’s Word program, the kids that attend Jingle Jam are engaged in the program from the beginning of Mass through the end of the homily. Jingle Jam incorporates skits, games, songs and a video all designed to communicate the story of the birth of Christ in a fun, engaging and relevant way.

So what does Jingle Jam look like on Christmas Eve?

Before the beginning of Mass, our Worship Leaders hand out wristbands to all of the children in their assigned color section (The section parents/guardians choose to sit in during Mass). This way, our kids are organized as they leave for Jingle Jam and stay together through the program. Just before the start of Mass, the kids are dismissed to leave section by section with their assigned Worship Leader. Hall Monitors are stationed throughout the Church to keep our kids safe during the transition to Hoffman Hall. Jingle Jam takes place in Hoffman Hall where the kids walk into fun, high energy music and an incredible scene on the stage where the program begins. After the program (after the Homily during Mass), the kids are dismissed by section and returned to you in the Church or Atrium where the family experiences the rest of Mass. No sign up is required for this awesome experience.

What if I have a child younger than Kindergarten?

You are most welcome to attend the program with your preschooler.

Want to help out? You can sign up …We will train you in your role…you just bring your smile.

Sacrament of Reconciliation Penance Service -

Saturday, December 3rd at 10:00am

Father Mike Schmitz often says that “confession (the Sacrament of Reconciliation) is the place of victory.” A parish reconciliation service is a great way to come back to the sacrament if you have not celebrated it in a while. We say all of the prayers together so there is nothing to memorize. Then, we are all invited to talk privately to one of the many priests available. Just come!
