STAKEHOLDER -A person who has an interest in and is impacted by the success of Church of the Holy Eucharist.

This site is a new development and currently focuses on the financial status of the Church of the Holy Eucharist and opportunities for financial support.

Over time, we will expand this site to include information that highlights additional ways our stakeholders can invest their time and talents in support of our parish and its mission, while also keeping our stakeholders informed and engaged.

Parish Mission - Follow Christ, Love All, Grow Disciples

"As we look to the future, fulfilling this mission requires the active, prayerful, and joyful investment of every person who is impacted and interested in what God is doing here. It requires stakeholders.

Your presence, your passion, and your participation are essential to the success of our parish. You are not just a spectator or a donor; you are a vital partner in this sacred work."

- Father McClane in the 2025 Stakeholder packet mailed out in January 2026 (available below).

A STEWARD'S PRAYER:

Gracious and loving God, all that we have comes from You.

We ask for wisdom and discernment

as we consider how to support Your Church. Open our hearts to hear Your voice,

guide our decisions with faith and trust,

and help us to give generously and joyfully

in response to Your blessings.

May our stewardship strengthen the mission of the Church,

draw others closer to You, and glorify Your holy name.

We offer this prayer through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Amen.

Future Focus and Goals:

"A living Church"

Your generous donations will help us to:

  • Cover essential operating expenses, so we can maintain services and meet obligations.
  • Care for our 40-year-old facilities - keeping our church, grounds, and rectory safe, functional, and welcoming.
  • Roll out our new Stakeholder Meetings to strengthen communication and parish involvement.
  • Establish a Ministry Support Coordinator Position who will help support, organize, assist and grow parish ministries.
  • Strengthen ministries in their outreach to individuals and families in need.
  • Develop Parish Committees to assist Father and staff with long-term improvement planning.
  • Engage our surrounding communities through events that welcome new faces into our church.
  • Enhance the appearance of our Tech Booth - to create a more functional and welcoming environment.
  • Upgrade our computer software – improving speed, security, and reliability.

Financial Council Commitment

As stewards of the finances at Holy Eucharist, Fr. McClane,  Manny Alvarez—our Business Manager—and the Finance Council continually review and analyze our revenues and expenses. In this work, we strive to:

* Hear the voices of our stakeholders, ensuring that the needs and hopes of our parish family guide our decisions.

* Collaborate with all ministries and committees to support a parish that is inviting, welcoming, vibrant and viable for all who walk through our doors.

* Maintain full transparency regarding our financial circumstances, so that trust remains at the center of all we do.

* Uphold and advance our shared mission to grow the Kingdom of God, serving with faith, generosity, and purpose.

We humbly ask that you continue to pray for Fr. McClane and the entire financial leadership team, that the Holy Spirit may guide us in making wise, responsible, and faithful decisions with the resources entrusted to our parish from the support of you
