Join our caring ministry! At our general meeting, we bundle and bless the Shawls, Pocket Prayer Shawls, baby blankets for the Lehigh Valley NICU, and scarves made and donated by the members of the ministry. We also collect items for a couple of homeless ministries we're connected to. We pray for all those who have received our shawls and all those who will receive shawls in the coming year with special emphasis on those who will be married and those who attend the Bereavement meetings. We conduct a formal meeting and discuss ministry business. The Pm meeting is relatively new so we also do instruction at that meeting as well. We do not require members to attend meetings. We have several "at home" members. There are no requirements and there is no rush. We firmly believe that when what we are working on is completed, the recipient is ready to receive it.
